From daytime meetings to artistic residencies to evening parties, our beautiful building and friendly team are the perfect backdrop to your event.
The Middle Floor has a range of adaptable spaces available for hire including our large studio, workshop and meeting spaces.

The Middle Floor has two hireable spaces: The Studio and The Gallery.
There is an office space, a basic kitchen and two toilets.
The space has a microwave, fridge tea, coffee, drinking water.

The Middle Floor is currently inaccessible for wheelchair users, this is something that we are currently addressing.

If you’d like to come and view the space, you’re welcome to do so.

We have lots of different rates for the space depending on what you are intending on using it for. For example, whether or not you are a charity, if you are planning on charging for tickets, if you want it for an hour, a week or a year.
The best thing to do is to send us an email to middlefloor@wharfchambers.org with your proposal and we will get back to you.
Please include the following:
A brief description of the event
Entry fee to event
If it is a public or private event
Information about your organisation, if applicable
Technical needs: PA, projector, tables, chairs etc.
How long and what dates you need the space, including set up and take down time
